Who Am I? (My Background)
I graduated as an Aeronautical Engineer, and I currently work as a Software Engineer.
Balancing long work hours, screen time, physical inactivity, and maintaining health gave me a deeper understanding of the struggles many people face today.
I’ve always been passionate about studying how the body works, how food affects performance, and how fitness can be simplified for everyday life. My journey through engineering, IT, and fitness helped me develop an analytical, practical approach to health.

During my graduation days, I was:
